a totally private self-contained
Shenandoah River cottage, our only available B&B accommodation.
OPEN: February - December
$125 Single Occupancy 
$ 25 for each additional adult or teen
$ 15 for each additional child age 4-12 (infants &
toddlers are free)
plus 5% state & 2% local taxes
10% discount for reservations of three or
more nights.
A two-night minimum is required on holiday weekends and during New
Market special events.

Smoking permitted on screened porch, terrace and grounds 
Sorry but due to the allergies of my guests pets are
not allowed in the cottage. However, three cats and two dogs reside in the
mainhouse and have full access to the grounds, gardens & riverbluff terrace.
