OPEN: February  - New Year's

$125 Single Occupancy

$ 25 for each additional adult or teen

$ 15 for each additional child age 4-12 (infants & toddlers are free)

plus 5% state & 2% local taxes

10% nightly discount with reservations of three or more nights .

A two-night minimum is required on holiday weekends and during New Market special events.

Gifts Certificates Available

Smoking permitted on screened porch, terrace and grounds

Sorry but due to the allergies of my guests pets are not allowed in the cottage. However, three cats and two dogs reside in the mainhouse and have full access to the grounds, gardens & riverbluff terrace.

Check In between 3 and 10 PM or by prior arrangement

Check Out by Noon
