You have to know where you're going
to find this remote destination.
But you'll be glad you did;
you're our only guest.

OPEN: February  - December

$125 Single Occupancy

$ 25 for each additional adult or teen

$ 15 for each additional child age 4-12 (infants & toddlers are free)

plus 5% state & 2% local taxes

10% nightly discount with reservations of three or more nights .

A two-night minimum is required on holiday weekends plus the May reenactment of the1864 Battle of New Market & the October Heritage Days Fall Festival.

Smoking permitted on screened porch, terrace and grounds

Sorry but due to the allergies of my guests pets are not allowed in the cottage. However, three cats and one dog reside in the mainhouse and have full access to the grounds, gardens & riverbluff terrace.

Check In between 3 and 10 PM or by prior arrangement
